I'm Canada Immigrate does not offer refunds for its products or services, with specific exceptions as outlined below.
Refunds are not provided for services that have been completed or are in progress.
If a service is terminated by the client before completion, no refund will be provided.
Refunds are only considered in cases of service non-delivery or non-performance.

Exceptions for Specific Services

Study Permit Application and Study Permit Re-Application Services:
These services have their own distinct refund policies. Clients are advised to refer to the specific refund policy for each service when requesting a refund.
The Study Permit Application service is priced at $2,500 (excluding government fees).
The Study Permit Re-Application service is priced at $3,000 (excluding government fees).
The conditions for eligibility for a refund, the process for requesting a refund, and any applicable fees or restrictions are detailed in the respective service's refund policy.

Requesting a Refund

Clients wishing to request a refund must contact I'm Canada Immigrate via email or phone, providing details of the service and the reason for the refund request.
All refund requests will be evaluated based on the specific refund policy applicable to the service in question.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within a certain number of days as specified in the respective service's refund policy.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
